Karan Beef Aged Steaks are produced from the finest quality "A" Grade beef. Taken from specifically selected cattle, these steak cuts have been aged under hygienic conditions for a minimum of 28 days, ensuring maximum tenderness, succulence and flavour.

A. Fillet
